Western Europe has a lot to offer as an eclectic, treasure trove of cultural destination. Come follow me on my journey as I try to tackle as many cities as possible!
Peru is somewhat of an enigma, as it offers extreme diversities in weather and climate depending on which part of the country you are visiting. You have the coastal valleys in the west, the Andes mountain ranges in the central and southern regions (where Machu Picchu is located), and the tropical jungle to the east (part of the Amazon).
If you haven’t been to, or considered Vietnam as your next travel destination, I would sincerely encourage you to do so. Many locals will know how to speak English, and the low cost of living makes for an economic travel expense as well. There is a wealth of local food offering, but also high-end, French-inspired cuisine that you can enjoy while in its major cities.
Finland, or Lapland (northern region) to be exact, is a magical place to visit in the winter. Seeking out below freezing temperatures and mountains of snow may seem absurd to some, but trust me when I say that the wealth of activities and sheer beauty that Lapland has to offer is worth risking a little frostbite.
